A choice of comfortable and accessible day centre venues, is made possible through our valued partnerships with Bolton Council's Adult Services Department and Bolton at Home. And the use of specially adapted transport guarantees a comfortable ride from home and back again at the end of the day.
Day centres are currently located in Little Lever, Great Lever, Tonge Moor and Westhoughton. Referrals are invited from across the borough. We’re pleased to take enquiries from older people direct, or from anyone acting on their behalf and with their agreement. A home visit will be arranged, at a mutually convenient time. This offers an opportunity to explain the service we provide and to answer any questions about it.
