Aromatherapy and Reflexology Services

Aromatherapy is the controlled use of natural essential oils.  Its therapeutic effects help to balance body, mind and spirit.  Aromatherapy can offer many benefits to mature clients who experience aches and pains, poor circulation or stress related illnesses.

Reflexology involves applying pressure to certain points on the feet or hands to help:

• ease tension
• reduce inflammation
• improve circulation
• eliminate toxins
• thereby encouraging the body to heal itself.

All consultations and treatments are provided, in private, by professionally qualified volunteers who have obtained the recognised Diploma in Aromatherapy and Body Massage Certificate of the International Health and Beauty Council.

Reflexology

Our professionally qualified therapists give their time and expertise on a voluntary basis.  This enables us to offer these services at a fraction of the price you would normally expect to pay.
