29th SEPT THURSTON - HILBRE

Coach trip meet Moor Lane Bus Station Stand Z at 09:15 for

departure at 09:30

WALKING BOOTS ONLY NO TRAINERS

13th OCT ADLINGTON - HINDLEY

Approx 6 mile

Meet Trinity Street Rail Station at 10:15 for the 10:40 train

possible small charge from Blackrod to Adlington (one stop outside

GMPTE travel area)

27th OCT MARPLE - GOYT VALLEY - MARPLE

Approx 6.5 mile

Meet Trinity Street Rail Station at 10:15 for the 10:13 train to

Piccadilly Manchester and change for the 10:45 Piccadilly to Marple

Walk leaders Pam and Alan Leader

10th NOV HARWOOD - JOLLY BROWS

Approx 4 to 5 mile

Meet Age Concern at 10:15 for the 10:15 Bus 507

For those with cars meet at Morrisons car park at 10:30

NOTE

CAR PARKING Some supermarket/DIY outlets are now making heavy penalty charges for long stay over 90 minutes.

B&Q Swinton recently charged £95 for parking one hour 45 minutes.
